ProfiQS were engaged to manage and deliver an Early Contractor Involvement Phase for the Saxton Creek Stage 4 Upgrade.

Currently, we have just finished presentations and are looking to review and select the preferred contractor.

The project is looking to begin April-May 2021 provided the ECI runs as per the plan. As I have only focused on the ECI I am unsure when the project will be completed.

ProfiQS are procuring a suitable contractor on behalf of NCC to carry out the Contract works. First stage is the ECI and should they be successful through that, they will be awarded the contract.

The project was created to minimise the impacts of major weather events causing flooding, to neighbouring commercial and residential areas. The creek will be rebuilt and refurbished. This is Stage 4 of the project that started in 2015.
