Gisborne District Council engaged ProfiQS to procure a designer for the proposed wastewater treatment plant upgrade at Gisborne.

We prepared and delivered the procurement plan. In due course a company was recommended to carry out the redevelopment and designs for the proposed scheme were delivered.
